Being elderly generally means no longer having as many obligations as before, or still working to make the most of all the accumulated experience.

Traveling, enjoying time with children, grandchildren, pets, movies, hobbies… And also having more time to take care of oneself.

I see many elderly men and women in my office who previously did not have the availability or resources and who now, in their senior years, want to invest in their well-being 💕
