If a mastopexy is not performed, there are far fewer restrictions, as the incisions are smaller, there is less risk of dehiscence (wound opening) with possible infection and even loss of the implant.

With a mastopexy, everything will depend on how your recovery goes.

In times of the “fast recovery” trend, when in doubt, a little extra rest will never do any harm, even for the scar to look more beautiful. After all, the processes of healing and coagulation are the same as they were millions of years ago… Respecting your body is also respecting your post-operative period!
