Age is just a number. And when it comes to facial aging, that makes total sense. After all, many factors can differentiate how people age.
So, for a short answer: there is no minimum age. As a plastic surgeon and a woman, I believe it is worth optimizing cosmiatric procedures to slow down aging or reverse some changes, taking care of the skin and tissues before pursuing surgical treatment. After all, aging will keep happening, and we want to live many years.
If I had to name a number, I would say 50 — the age when most people start to feel this need. Or notice that less invasive treatments are no longer delivering what they hoped.
