I couldn’t end the year without sharing this post with you all, after all, planning and the new year are closely related 😜. Those who think that only surgery requires planning are mistaken. To stay on top of our care and self-esteem, we also need to plan the aesthetic treatments we want to undergo, as we must consider the timing, recovery, budget, and the time of year!! Some treatments we can consider adding to the calendar are listed below 📅.

📌 Botulinum toxin: the absolute basic. Twice a year for those who are more relaxed, or three times for those who still have very active musculature.
📌 Injectable hydration: a maintenance session twice a year for those who have already undergone an intensive course of 3 sessions.
📌 Microneedling: depends on the purpose, however, after 3 or 4 sessions, sporadic maintenance can be done. There is no issue with the time of year.
📌 Chemical peels and laser: best done away from periods of intense sun exposure: both to reduce the risk of hyperpigmentation and because many skin pigmentary alterations will worsen in the sun anyway.
📌 Biostimulators: for those who have already had an initial stimulation, a maintenance session once a year or as needed for each area, or it can be intensified. The same applies to PDO threads.
📌 Fillers: there is no set periodicity. Some prefer to do it gradually, while others like to use more syringes and then complement as needed and according to budget. The gas tank doesn’t need to be completely empty for you to refill it, haha 😁

🚦Of course, not everyone will need all these treatments or can prioritize those they feel a greater need for according to their complaints.
