Arrived in João Pessoa today, and I can already say everyone here is very friendly, welcoming, and happy 😍.

Even though I woke up at 3:45 AM and flew two legs, I enjoyed the afternoon of the first day of the Brazilian Congress of Plastic Surgery!

Every Congress has several rooms and topics running, and you end up having to choose the ones you identify with the most. Even with #FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), we can’t watch everything, but I wish I could 🦧

Today I focused more on classes about posterior body contouring, addressing very current topics such as rib remodeling (which I don’t perform) and liposuction, fat grafting, technologies, and even lipedema (which I do a lot and love ❤️)

Horizons that expand never close again, which is why learning is so good 🥰🫰🏻

And there is still much more!!
