As a plastic surgeon and a woman, I believe it is interesting to optimize cosmetic procedures to delay aging or reverse some changes, and to take care of the skin and tissues before seeking surgical treatment. Especially since our aging will continue to occur, and we want to live for many years.

If I were forced to give a number, I would say 50, which is the age at which most people begin to feel this need. Or observe that less invasive treatments are not reaching the point they would like.
